Welcome to Hudson Valley Integrative Health, the retail store of HVIH PLLC. By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written to be plain, not to trip you up.

Our products, and what we can and can't say about them

We sell dietary supplements. We describe what they're made for in structure/function terms — how an ingredient supports a normal body function — not as a treatment for any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

This is not medical advice. The information on this store, including product descriptions and educational content, is for general information and education only. It is not a substitute for the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider, and it does not create a provider–patient relationship. Talk with a healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement — especially during pregnancy or nursing, for a child, alongside medication, or with a medical condition.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this store. An adult may buy a product intended for a minor, but the minor may not transact with us directly. By ordering, you confirm you're an adult and the information you give us is accurate.

Lab-test kits are not sold here

Lab-test kits are not part of this store's offer and cannot be purchased or added to a cart. Any lab-test kit is ordered only through a clinical consult with HVIH PLLC and is handled within the practice's secure, HIPAA-covered systems — never through this store.

Pricing and tax

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We add sales tax where required by law. If a price or product detail is listed in error, we may correct it and, if needed, cancel an affected order (see below).

Order acceptance and cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation or ship your items — and we may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock, a price was wrong, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you. You can ask to cancel an order before it ships by emailing orders@resetsoma.com; once it's shipped, our Refund & Return Policy applies.

Warranties and limitation of liability

The products and information on this store are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HVIH PLLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this store or any product purchased here is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute-resolution and venue details will be confirmed by counsel.

Reviews and testimonials

We want reviews to be honest and real. We don't post fabricated reviews, and a testimonial may not claim something a product can't do — consistent with the Federal Trade Commission's endorsement rules. If you share a review, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and you disclose any connection to us (for example, if you received a product free).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version in effect is the one posted here when you order. We'll update the effective date when we make changes.
