Riboflavin

25 mg

Structure / Function

This is vitamin B2, one of the B-vitamins your body needs every day. Your body turns it into a helper your mitochondriaThe tiny energy factories inside your cells that turn food into the fuel your body runs on. use to make energy from food. It supports your normal, everyday energy-making.

Your body can't use B2 as-is. It first changes B2 into two active helper forms called FADAn active helper form your body makes from vitamin B2. Your mitochondria use it to make energy. and FMNA second active helper your body makes from vitamin B2, working alongside FAD inside your energy-making cells.. Those helpers are the spark plugs inside your mitochondriaThe tiny energy factories inside your cells that turn food into the fuel your body runs on. — the tiny energy factories in your cells. With them on hand, your cells can keep turning food into fuel the normal way.

Vitamin B6

25 mg

Structure / Function

B6 is a B-vitamin your body uses as a helper. It helps in dozens of jobs. Two big ones here: it supports a normal nervous system. And it supports normal everyday metabolism. That is how your body builds and uses its amino acidOne of the small building blocks your body strings together to make proteins and other things it needs every day. building blocks.

Your body turns B6 into its active form, called PLPThe active, switched-on form of vitamin B6 that your cells clip onto enzymes to turn them on.. PLP is a helper your cells clip onto certain enzymes to switch them on. Some of those enzymes build your brain's normal messenger chemicals, like GABAOne of the brain's normal calming messenger chemicals, which your body builds with help from active B6.. Others handle amino acidOne of the small building blocks your body strings together to make proteins and other things it needs every day. building blocks and help your body recharge its own glutathioneYour body's master antioxidant. It mops up the everyday wear that would otherwise damage your cells.. So B6 quietly supports normal nerve and metabolism work behind the scenes.

Vitamin B12

25 mg

Structure / Function

B12 is a B-vitamin your body uses to keep the methylation cycle turning. This is the already-active, ready-to-use form — methylcobalaminThe already-active, ready-to-use form of vitamin B12. Your body doesn't have to convert it first. — so your body doesn't have to convert it first.

methylationThe everyday job of passing a tiny chemical tag from one molecule to the next, which your body uses for normal upkeep. is one of those swaps your body does all day. B12 is the helper that one key step in that cycle can't run without. Because this is the methyl form, it shows up carrying the methyl groupThe tiny chemical tag your body passes from one molecule to the next during methylation. the cycle hands around — ready to support the normal hand-off.

Betaine

500 mg

Structure / Function

Betaine, also called TMG, is a natural compound found in foods like beets. It's a methyl donorA compound that carries spare methyl tags and hands one off when your methylation cycle needs it. — it carries a small chemical tag your body passes around during methylation. It gives your methylation cycle one of the raw materials it runs on.

Picture methylation as your body passing a tiny tag along. That tag is a methyl groupThe tiny chemical tag your body passes from one molecule to the next during methylation.. Betaine holds three of them. That is the "tri" in trimethylglycine. It hands one off when the cycle needs it. In a study of healthy cyclists, betaine supported one-carbon metabolismThe larger network of everyday chemical hand-offs that the methylation cycle is part of.. That is the bigger network this cycle is part of.

What is Methylation Synergy, in plain words?
It is a small, focused stack. It holds the methyl donors and active B-vitamin helpers your methylation cycle runs on. Those are riboflavin (B2), B6, methyl-B12, and betaine (TMG). One capsule gives your body the raw materials it leans on.
What does "methylation" actually mean?
It's one of the simplest, busiest jobs your body does all day: passing a tiny chemical tag called a methyl group from one molecule to the next. Your body uses that hand-off for all sorts of normal upkeep. This formula gives it the donors and helpers that keep the hand-off moving.
Why does it use methyl-B12 and not regular B12?
Methylcobalamin is the form that's already active — your body doesn't have to convert it first, and it shows up carrying the very methyl tag the cycle hands around. We chose the ready-to-use forms on purpose.
How much should I take, and when?
The label serving is one capsule. But the right amount and timing for you are a personal call — your practitioner sets what fits you. If they gave you a plan, follow theirs.
Can my child take it?
That's a decision for your practitioner. We use our supplements in a children's and family practice, but whether this one fits your child, and how much, is something they should confirm with you first.
Can I take it with my medication or other supplements?
Check with your practitioner before you mix it with anything, especially if you take a prescription. We're glad to help you start that conversation.
