Molecular hydrogen tablets that dissolve in water to make a hydrogen-rich drink.
Your practitioner will advise whether this fits your plan, and at what amount.
At a glance
✓Each tablet puts 80 mg of magnesium in your glass. That is 19% of the Daily Value, the one-day amount used as a yardstick on labels. At that level, a label is allowed to call it a good source of magnesium.*
✓Supports your body's normal ability to handle hard effort and settle afterward, in healthy, active people. One review pooled 27 studies in 597 healthy adults. Hard exercise felt a little easier, and blood lactate, a normal by-product of hard work, came back down to its usual level a little sooner. Endurance and strength did not change. Those studies used hydrogen-rich water or hydrogen gas, not tablets.*
✓One tablet, one 12 to 16 oz glass of plain water, drunk as soon as the fizzing stops. Nothing to scoop or measure, and most people say it tastes like slightly tart water.
*Supports normal, healthy function in people who are already well. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. A word about the hydrogen research behind the lines above: the studies are small and early. Most were built around exercise rather than everyday life. None of them used a tablet like this one. They used hydrogen-rich water, hydrogen gas or a hydrogen bath. Several gave more hydrogen in a day than one tablet makes. In one four-week study of everyday drinking, the hydrogen group and the plain-water group came out about the same. The magnesium line comes straight from the Supplement Facts panel. It is a nutrient content statement, not a study of this tablet.

Magnesium is a mineral your body cannot make. You get it from food: leafy greens, nuts, beans, whole grains. Your body uses it as a cofactor, a helper, in many normal jobs. Two are normal muscle and nerve work, and turning food into energy. One tablet adds 80 mg, part of a day's magnesium, not all of it.
These summaries describe each ingredient's role in normal physiology — they are not a claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Drop the tablet into a glass of water. Its magnesium reacts with the fruit acids in the tablet. That reaction gives off [[molecular hydrogen]], a gas so small it dissolves right into the water you drink.
Magnesium is the one thing on this label with a number by it. It is the clearest part of the story. Each tablet gives 80 mg. That is 19% of the [[Daily Value]], the one-day amount printed on labels. At that level, a label may call it a good source of magnesium. Your body uses magnesium as a helper. It helps your muscles and nerves work in the normal way. It also helps turn food into energy. One tablet is about a fifth of a day's magnesium. It adds to what you eat. It is not a whole day's worth, and it is not a studied dose on its own.
The hydrogen is the honest unknown. The human studies used hydrogen water, a hydrogen bath, or hydrogen gas. None of them used a tablet like this one. The groups were small, so the evidence is early and thin. In healthy adults, those studies point to a small lift in one blood reading of the body's own [[antioxidant]] reserve after hard exercise. Hard effort also felt a bit easier, and next-day muscle comfort looked a little better. Everyday readings of cell wear did not change.

Drop one tablet into a tall glass of plain water, 12 to 16 oz. Let it dissolve all the way. Stir if it needs it, then drink it right away. Do not chew it or swallow it whole. The label says one tablet, up to three times a day. It gives no separate amount for children. How many you take is your practitioner's call. Follow their number over the label's. Give it to a child only if they told you to, and told you how much. The label also carries this warning: if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant, talk with your physician before using it.
Why does it say to drink it right away?
Hydrogen is a gas, and gas does not stay put. It starts drifting back out into the air as soon as it dissolves. While the tablet is fizzing, it keeps replacing what escapes. Once the fizzing stops, nothing is adding more, so the amount in the glass only goes down. Make it at breakfast, leave it on the counter until noon, and you get the water but not much of the hydrogen. If you want it later in the day, carry the tablet and drop it into a fresh glass when you get there.
Is 80 mg of magnesium a meaningful amount?
Enough to count toward your day, not to cover it. A label may call something a good source when one serving has 10% to 19% of the Daily Value. At 19%, this sits at the top of that band. That is per glass, so it adds up if your practitioner has you taking more than one a day. Magnesium in water is a form the body can use. In one small study, 10 healthy adult women took up about 46% of the magnesium in mineral water sipped on its own, and about 52% when it came with a meal. That study used mineral water, not this tablet. It measured take-up alone, not any health outcome. Whether you or your child need more magnesium is a question for your practitioner.
I have seen hydrogen water sold for stress and calm. Does it do that?
Not enough for us to make that a reason to buy it. One small four-week study followed 26 healthy adults drinking ready-made hydrogen water, not this tablet. They felt a bit steadier on a short everyday-stress checklist. One reading of the heart's resting rhythm looked calmer. That reading is a rough measure of how relaxed the body is. Mood, tiredness, sleepiness and memory showed no clear difference. About a dozen things were measured in one small group. When you check that many at once, one or two can look better by chance. The water also gave a different amount of hydrogen than a tablet does. The company that made it paid for the study. And we have not found a larger study that repeats it.
Can my child take it?
We care for children and families every day, so this comes up a lot. Even so, H2 Elite is a supplement, not a medicine, and not something to start on your own: whether it is a fit for your child, and how much, is a decision for your practitioner, the person who knows your child's history, and you make that call together. One thing to weigh either way. The hydrogen research we have read was done in adults, not children. If your child has not had a visit with us yet, a consultation is the first step. Store it out of reach of young children.
Can I take it with my other supplements or medications?
Please do not guess on this one. We cannot say in advance how H2 Elite fits with what you or your child already take. That depends on your full list: prescription medicines, medicines you buy without a prescription, and other supplements. Bring that list to your visit, or message the office before you add anything new, and your practitioner can go through it with you. Same for a child: check first, before the first tablet. If someone else prescribes your medicines, ask them as well.
